The Goldeneye barn was designed by us along with A+E Architects of Mendocino. The structure is built on a curve to conform to the pond behind it. It is a combination pump house, storage barn, and shop. Goldeneye Vineyards’ Apple Dryer was a valley treasure that we carefully restored and converted to a luxurious apartment. Sadly, this important piece of Anderson Valley history has since burned down. Their water tower was built in 2000 to provide cold storage and office space. Goldeneye Vineyards’ Pavilion features concrete counters, cast concrete walls, stone masonry, and a Vermont slate roof. The Bob Nye memorial was built by us in 2010 to commemorate the untimely passing of the Goldeneye manager.
